A ceramic coating can be described as a thin layer of glass lamination that acts as a sacrificial barrier between your paint and the harsh elements it is exposed to on a daily basis. This will provide protection from harmful UV rays from the sun, as well as acid etching from rain or bird droppings. It also allows car washing to be much faster and less labor-intensive.
Ceramic coated cars stay cleaner for longer periods of time. The finish is so smooth that dirt and contaminants have a harder time sticking to your paint.
Each vehicle begins with a thorough exterior detail where we deep-clean all exterior surfaces. After the initial wash, we spray the vehicle with an iron deposit remover and perform a clay treatment using varying grades of synthetic clay to remove as much imbedded contamination as possible.
Once the paint has achieved a surgical level of cleanliness, we can move on to the Paint Correction stage. This is where we use multiple combinations of compounds and polishes to remove scratches and defects by leveling the paint’s surface at a microscopic level.
We then use a solvent prep to remove any residual oils left behind from the paint correction. Once this is done, we have a clean, flawless finish for the Ceramic Coating to bond to. We’ve mastered the techniques involved in applying coatings in a way that ensures 100% coverage and zero mistakes.
After ceramic coating process is complete, each vehicle is thoroughly inspected for quality before being deemed ready for pickup.
